We need POTA

Three persons were arrested for their alleged invlovement in mumbai bomb blast. Hindu says this

"All the three were booked under Sections 302 (murder), 307 (attempted murder), 147 (rioting), 148 (rioting with deadly weapons), 149 (unlawful assembly) and 326 (grievous assault) of the Indian Penal Code along with related sections of the Explosive Substances Act, Indian Explosives Act and Indian Railways Act."

I don't know how easy for them to get bail and escape from clutches of punishment under these laws. If POTA was there they could have been easily arrested under POTA without any investigation. We are in such a situation, where we need such laws. Hope centrl goverment comes up again with strict laws to deal with terrorism and terrorists.

Anyways, it is party time for extremeists again in tamlnadu. An extremists named Madani who has been detained for various anti social activities including kovai bomb blasts, is being given ayurvedic treatment and might be released soon on humanitarian grounds by MK govt. I don't know how politicans think such acts can fetch them minority votes. It is not just they are putting us under terror, but also humilaiting minorities. God save India and Tamilnadu.
